A great night’s rest at House Arundel deserves a satisfying breakfast, and for those who love a traditional start to the day, we’re delighted to introduce one of our breakfast partners: The Moathouse Café.



Nestled just next door to House Arundel, The Moathouse Café is a true local favourite, known for its welcoming atmosphere, hearty full English breakfasts, and classic café fare. Whether you’re craving a perfectly cooked fry-up, barista-made coffee, or a comforting breakfast roll, this beloved spot has you covered.


Kim and Derek, the friendly faces behind The Moathouse, extend a warm welcome to all guests at House Arundel: At The Moathouse we serve traditional café food with heart, alongside barista coffee, fresh pastries, and homemade cakes. We’re always busy on weekends, so booking a table is advisable—but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to make space for you

Breakfast at The Moathouse is available for guests who have either:

✔️ Booked our Bed & Breakfast plan

✔️ Purchased a breakfast voucher directly with us at House

Let us know your preferred breakfast time upon arrival, and we’ll ensure a table is ready for you.

What’s on the menu?

Expect a delicious selection of breakfast favourites, including:

✅ Full English breakfasts with all the trimmings

✅ Lighter options, from pastries to breakfast rolls

✅ A full range of non-dairy milks for coffee and tea

Gluten-free and vegan options available for meals, snacks, and cakes

If you have specific dietary requirements, just let the team know, and they’ll be happy to accommodate.

When can you visit?

The Moathouse Café serves breakfast from 7:30am on weekdays, 8am on Saturdays, and 8:30am on Sundays. Perfect for early risers and those looking to fuel up before a day exploring Arundel.
